Trying my best to not let one out of three visits persuade me, but I went in for a routine oil change and was told 1.5 hours. 2 hours later, my car was still on the lift and no one had contacted me about the delay or how much longer it would be. Ended up leaving my car over the weekend. Now I am down a car and have to figure out alternate transportation for Monday and how to pick up my car. NOT impressed.
Hi Ashley, I cannot apologize enough for our internal miscommunication that caused a delay in your service work. The majority of repairs that were subsequently authorized were completed the same day and an offer was made to get you your vehicle back before the weekend and reschedule for any unperformed repairs at your convenience if you so wished. Your vehicle will be completed early on Monday and I would be more than happy to pick you up personally whenever it would be convenient for you after your vehicle is ready in attempt to mitigate you having to figure out how to pick your vehicle up. I am truly sorry we did not impress you on this visit and hope we can continue to be your choice for service in the future. Jeremy Turner Service Advisor
