Alltech was referred to me by my neighbor who had nothing but great things to say about them. He was a former employee with the City of Clovis who used Alltech for their vehicles. LOVE the fact that they warranty the service and parts for 3 years and or 36000 miles, which ever comes first. That is peace of mind especially when you have a BIG job that needs to be addressed. In my case, it was a Heater Core and Evaporator Core which consisted of the whole dash, steering wheel and center console to be removed in order to access those parts. So if something were to malfunction, they would take care of it at No cost provided it's within the warranty. Lastly, the service from their teammate, Greg was outstanding! Very transparent, easy to talk with, answered questions promptly and followed up on progress. That means a lot to me when it comes to BIG ticket jobs, or any job for that matter. It comes with great satisfaction to be able to leave this review as I rarely get to regarding service, end-results and fairness in todays crazy world.
