I had a mechanical failure and battery issue with my Jeep Cherokee. First, I took it to the Clovis Jeep dealership to try to get diagnostics done earlier than the appointment they could give me. I was given an appointment pretty far out, but told I could try leaving the car there over a weekend for the possibility it could be squeezed in for diagnostics. The staff at the Jeep dealership gave me a high estimate and then attitude when I asked for a breakdown, so I left. Next I went to Alltech and had a completely different experience. The estimate was lower, the appointment was fast, and the staff was super responsive every time I had any questions. They very willingly sent me emailed information and even helped me in working to fix a ln issue and get a quote from my drivetrain warranty. I had one staff member who handled my case and knew all of the information. Now my car is working properly again all before my appointment would have even taken place with staff at the Jeep dealership who didn't make me feel comfortable to ask questions about my own vehicle. Thanks, Alltech! This is how an auto shop should operate.
