I’ve always been very happy with Alltech. I was a little disappointed this time when I was told that my windshield wipers were cracked. I knew that one was cracked but the other I just replaced this last week. Because of this I had to wonder a little bit about the fact that alltech told me the battery was bad and then it accepted a charge at Oreily. Before this visit I would have assumed that Oreily just didn’t want to replace a battery. I have always dealt with either Jeremy or Greg( I think those names are correct). They have always been super friendly. This time I talked to 3 different people, Jeremy, the technician and one other person. She wasn’t rude or anything, just not as personable as everyone else. I was also a little disappointed the car wasn’t washed, only because it always has been before. None of this would keep me from coming back or recommending to someone, I would probably just tell them what I experienced this time as apposed to the overwhelming recommendation I would have previously given. Very friendly and very helpful. They aren't the lowest prices around, but that's okay because the service is awesome. To top it off, I trust that they aren't just trying to increase my bill. They tell me exactly what my cars need, what could help now, what will be needed later, and what is still good to go.
