I’ve always been very happy with Alltech. I was a little disappointed this time when I was told that my windshield wipers were cracked. I knew that one was cracked but the other I just replaced this last week. Because of this I had to wonder a little bit about the fact that alltech told me the battery was bad and then it accepted a charge at Oreily. Before this visit I would have assumed that Oreily just didn’t want to replace a battery. I have always dealt with either Jeremy or Greg( I think those names are correct). They have always been super friendly. This time I talked to 3 different people, Jeremy, the technician and one other person. She wasn’t rude or anything, just not as personable as everyone else. I was also a little disappointed the car wasn’t washed, only because it always has been before. None of this would keep me from coming back or recommending to someone, I would probably just tell them what I experienced this time as apposed to the overwhelming recommendation I would have previously given.
